Payment Terms
- Standard Payment: Net 30 from delivery date
- Quick-Pay Option: 3% fee for accelerated payment (processed within 2-5 business days of POD submission)
- Payment Method: ACH direct deposit or check
- POD Requirement: Electronic POD uploaded to TMS. No paper chasing.
What We Need From You
- Active MC authority
- USDOT number in good standing
- Valid auto liability insurance ($1M minimum)
- Valid cargo insurance ($100K minimum)
- W-9 on file
- Clean safety record (no conditional or unsatisfactory FMCSA ratings)
How to Get Started
Step 1 — Apply Below
Fill out the carrier application form with your company info, MC number, equipment types, and preferred lanes.
Step 2 — We Verify Your Authority
NexMile verifies your MC authority, insurance, safety record, and carrier history through RMIS. This typically takes 24-48 hours.
Step 3 — Start Hauling
Once approved, you’re in the network. We’ll match you with available loads that fit your equipment and lanes. Rate confirmations are clear, terms are upfront, and payment is reliable.
